2-20-2018 -- StairSupplies is growing in Goshen. The company recently negotiated a lease for the new 20,000 SF building at 1755 Ardmore Court in Goshen. Pete Letherman, SIOR, CCIM, assisted in the transaction with landlord Ardmore Court Enterprises LLC. This will be a second Goshen location for StairSupplies. The company, which is a stair part manufacturer and vendor for treads, stair railings, handrails, wood and iron baluster, newels and other stair supplies, also has a location at 1722 Eisenhower.
