This 4,848 SF office building in downtown Elkhart will become the accounting firm’s new offices sometime in September. They are moving from 1218 W. Franklin in Elkhart. The accounting firm is headed by Dan Phillips, CPA, MBA. The building was previously owned by John V. Ball.
