2-1-2019 — Fabric Utopia purchased the 4,500 SF commercial building at 2700 W. Wilden in Goshen. The sewing and quilting shop planned to move from its previously leased location at 2525 Toledo Road, Suite A, in Elkhart. The business, which started online, first began selling quality quilting fabrics, patterns, kits, etc. in 2013. Scott Griffith assisted in the sale.
