Miller & Letherman Sell 6,120 SF Goshen Office Building

7-12-2016 -- Crystal Valley Farms LLC is the new owner of the 6,120 SF office building at 321 S. Third Street in Goshen. The building, at the corner of Third and Madison in the heart of the CBD, was on the market for more than 5 years before finding a buyer. Pete Letherman, SIOR, CCIM, presented the seller (HIN Building Account) and Brent Miller, SIOR, represented Crystal Valley Farms.

44,800 SF Industrial Building Sold

7-5-2016 -- Green Alternative Systems (GAS) and Creative Bus Sales (CBS) are moving into the 44,800 SF industrial building on almost 10 acres at 57475 CR 3 in #Elkhart. The companies are relocating from 28293 Clay Street in Elkhart. The new Elkhart facility more than doubles the size of companies’ previous facilities and will house all sales, service, maintenance, manufacturing and alternative fuel conversion services for each division. The location is expected to be up and running by late summer and will house more than 40 employees.

GAS was established in 2006 and does alternative fuel conversions from gas to compressed natural gas (CNG) and propane for fleet vehicles. GAS also does routine maintenance for conversions, warranty service, retail repairs and CNG tank inspections, and stocks a large quantity of propane and CNG parts and cylinders. CBS was established in 2010 and provides services for all vehicle types, sells buses and vans, does bus and van maintenance, provides warranty services, and does parts delivery and collision repair and paint services. Brent Miller, SIOR, represented GAS and CBS, while Pete Letherman, SIOR, CCIM, represented the seller, Forest River Manufacturing LLC, in the sale.

Pete Letherman Assists Lifeline Youth & Family Services

4-19-2016 -- Lifeline Youth & Family Services will be moving into 1,638 SF of office space at 3320 Elkhart Road in Goshen. The organization offers home-based counseling and residential treatment for teens. It began over 47 years ago in Fort Wayne when a small group of business leaders felt compelled to do something to help kids in trouble who desperately needed a safe and loving home.  Lifeline’s sister corporation, Crosswinds, will also be located at this location and will provide the services of counseling, family coaching and missions opportunities. This location will service communities in and around Elkhart and Goshen. Pete Letherman, CCIM, SIOR, assisted Lifeline Youth & Family Services in the deal.
